Our standard MOQ is 9,000 pieces for best pricing, but smaller orders are also accepted with adjusted box costs. We’ll also learn your packaging vision, offering free box design support in later steps. -

Step 2: Technical Drawing & Material Confirmation
Once specifications are finalized, we prepare detailed technical drawings and confirm raw material types, including rubber quality, frame style, and connectors. Samples of materials can be sent for approval if needed. -

Step 3: Prototyping & Sample Development
We produce samples or 3D prototypes based on confirmed specs. These are tested for fitting, performance, and visual evaluation. You can suggest modifications before moving to mass production. -
